Replies in the 24-hour window

Send free-form text, files and buttons after a person writes to you.

When a person writes to you, a 24-hour window opens. Inside it you can send plain text, files and buttons. Outside it, send a template; otherwise you get outside_24h_window.

When the person taps a button you get a message.received webhook with the button’s id as reply_id.

Quote a message, send a location or a link button

Add reply_to (the id of a message from message.received, or one of yours) to a text, file or buttons message, and it shows as a reply to that message. POST /v1/messages/location sends a pin on the map; POST /v1/messages/link-button sends text with one button that opens a link. POST /v1/messages/{id}/read marks the person’s message as read. All inside the 24-hour window, like any reply.
